Under Contract
So if you have not heard we are under contract with our house! We are selling it and finally got an offer last week! It is a little nerve racking going through all the motion and not wanting to get to far ahead but here we are, our next adventure living a 941 sq foot 1 bedroom apartment for 6 months, 2 adults 2 big dogs..... its going to be awesome!

cozy is fun for 6 months. you'll make it work. i remember that second avenue apartment we rented for that short time when we moved back. it was tiny and cute and cozy and easy to clean!!
