Here is another dish that both Dave and I have come to LOVE. Pho pronounced fa like as if you are going to say fu@#... It is a Vietnamese noodle dish. It is a beef bone broth that has rice noodles, green onions, onions, and meat of your choice. Then when it gets to your table you put bean sprouts/mung beans, shredded thai basil and the green hot raw peppers provided. We also put in a little soy sauce and Cock Sauce (not the real name it just has a rooster on the front of it). We first were exposed to this goodness when we went to Seattle. Kevin took us there and oh man it is so good! If you can find a place that makes good pho... go. You will love it too. Here is link that will help you find it near you.
